What is your return policy? 

We just ask that your product is returned in the same state as you received it; brand new and unworn (we do, of course, encourage you to try your new wardrobe additions on!). We pride ourselves in hassle-free Returns & Exchanges, so you can return your unworn item within 15 days of receiving it. 

How do I return items? 

Go to our contact page and request a return through the form. Be sure to include your order number and a good contact method. We will provide you with a electronic shipping label and deduct the cost (up to $7 USD) from your refund. 

Your satisfaction with our products means a lot to us. That's why if you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return it to us for whatever reason for a full refund within 15 days after receiving your item. No questions asked, no hassle. 

Do you refund shipping fees?

All shipping is free on Holly's Darlings! 

Do you offer Free Return Shipping?

At this time we do not offer Free Return Shipping. 

I placed an order, but never received a confirmation email.

If you do not receive an email from Holly's Darlings within hours of placing your order and it’s not in your Spam/Unwanted folder, the email address on file is most likely spelled incorrectly. Please contact us via email or phone for assistance to update your email address.

I placed an order, but have not seen an update yet?

There are several reasons why your order may have been delayed. Either your order was flagged for risk of fraud, or we needed to contact you to verify your personal information. Some items may be on restock, which means that we have to wait for our manufacturer partner's shipment. We will reach out to you as soon as an issue is indicated and proceed to ship your items as quickly as possible.

When will I receive my item(s)? 

We ship directly from our warehouse, in some cases some items may be on restock, which means that we have to wait for our manufacturer partner's shipment. Most items will be dispatched within 2 business days and arrive within 1 week. Please allow ~2-3 weeks for delivery for some items.
