Taxes & charges

We charge local sales taxes only in Texas. Your credit card is charged when you place an order. If an item you’ve ordered is out of stock, you’ll be issued a refund for that item and shipping charges and taxes will be adjusted accordingly. Please carefully review your order details before purchasing. 

Changes to your order

Once an order is placed we may be unable to make any changes to the order, including cancelling it or making changes to the address. Please contact us if you need to make an adjustment. 

Shipping

We do not charge any shipping costs. It is included in the cost of your item(s). When your item ships, you will receive an email notifying you with a tracking number which you can use to track your item through the carrier's website or app. In most cases we use USPS for our shipping. 

Lost packages

While we are not responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered packages, we will work with you to make this right by being an intermediate with the shipping company when you have exhausted your own options.
